Tamar Saguy is an associate professor at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya, in Israel. She is the director of the Power and Intergroup Relations Lab and the head of the MA division in intergroup relations. Her work deals with questions related to intergroup conflict, cooperation and social change. Her research is featured in the leading psychological journals such as Psychological Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin and is funded by both Israeli (ISF) and (international agencies (NSF, BSF, GIF).
