Regulations for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment

IDC Herzliya values and actively pursues a work and learning enviornment free of any form of sexual harassment. IDC Herzliya regards any occurrence of sexual harassment severly and commits to doing everything within its power to prevent any such incidents
Sexual harassment of any kind denies the right to the individual's human dignity, freedom, privacy and gender equality

IDC Herzliya has appointed officers for the prevention of sexual harassment to investigate any complaint to the effect

On September 20, 1998, the Law for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment 1998 came into force. From that date forth, sexual harassment and maltreatment constitute criminal offenses and the basis for civil damages suits
