Program Administration
The Zell Entrepreneurship Program team facilitates and manages the rigorous venture creation program from the summer induction program onward, offering administrative and academic support to the student teams throughout the program.

Liat Aaronson, Adv., is the executive director of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. She has a B.A. in political economy of industrial societies (economics and political science, cum laude) from the University of California at Berkeley, an LL.B. and MBA from Tel Aviv University, and an LL.M. in European law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands (cum laude). She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since completing her internship at Kantor, Elhanani, Tal and Co. in 1999. She attained practical experience in mergers and acquisitions and new ventures, representing venture capital firms, investors, technology companies and start-ups as an associate attorney at Naschitz, Brandes and Co., a position she held until joining IDC Herzliya in 2005.

Yael Tiano is the program coordinator of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. Among her responsibilities Yael acts as the interface between the students, faculty and business community. Before joining the IDC, she completed her BA in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Zell Program. Ms. Tiano is also a TA in several of the program's courses and serves as one of the Zell Alumni Committee members. Among her various interests is horse back riding which she's been practicing for the last 14 years. She was the 2002 Israeli Champion in competitive horse riding in the Olympic discipline of Dressage and Show Jumping.
